2 mouthed budgie?

okies, my friends brought a new baby budgie the other day, it's bottom beak grew over the top one..afterwards we thought it was just like that, consequently one time i heard it screech ague and and it didn't move or anything, then as i be looking closer at it i noticed it had a mouth under the beak, it have a little tongue and everything, it screeches with that mouth and eat with the other...

i want to know has their ever been a CD of a 2 mouthed budgie? cooll aint it, i'll try and take a photo of it
I say take it to avian vet to be checked asap.
Well, parrots naturally have a low divot directly behind and under their lower beak that looks like a gap. It does look quite odd, so that's probably what you are seeing.

The bottom beak growning over the top... definitely a problem. Your friend requests to take the Budgie to the vet and get it checked out.
Answers:    No way, man.
You said its bottom beak grew OVER the top one?
How does that make sense?
... but up close, you saw A MOUTH below the... beak?
Hmm.
Verrrrrry interesting..
But honestly.
Please take this poor little budgie to the vet.
Or get an eye exam.
A picture would be cool. But that won't help the poor entity.
that is not a second mouth beneath the beak
they lower beak is naturally only connected on the side
i thought m parakeet was sick or hurt
but i found out that it be only connected on the sides
if what you influence is true id try a avian vet to see if the keet has 2 beak where 1 should be if that's what happened afterwards sooner or later its going to hert the keet or there are 3 pieces to the beak either style see what a avion vet will say
name the news maybe your friend can get some nouns time
