2 week weak babe cockatiel mutation?

helloooooo :p my baby cockatiel is about 2 weeks in age 2 hours of daylight, and i finally got to handle him/her, her eyes are red and his/her tiny feathers are yellow, does that niggardly he/she is a lutino?
Mom: Completely yellow with orange cheacks, but black eyes
Dad: Normal Grey

It is probably a lutino which system that Dad is a split lutino.

If it is a pied it will mean that both mum and dad are split to pied. So
if you start seeing black pin feathers then you will know it is pied.

Most credible a lutino though.

Answers:    It is more than promising to be a Lutino or Pied, it's feathers will not change colour,to any other only time will tell whether it is full lutino colour but it will not turn Grey.!!
