African Grey Behavior?

My almost 7 month old Congo African Grey will take a bit or two of her food shift to her water bowl take a drink than she will stand on her bowl and start throwing her water around, flapping her wing, jumps on her bars than climbs all over her hold, even flapping her wings and whistling while climbing. Afterwards she will eat. Last darkness when she did this, I left the room and she came out of her cage looking for me. Is this commonplace behavior? She has done this on three different ococcasions

thanks.
She is only getting exercise. Take her out and let her get exercise before feed... try holding her on your arm and moving it up and down to let her flap her wings.
I would say that if she looks happy, later you shouldn't get too worried. BUT maybe playing with her marine means she wants a 'shower'. I have two parrot and they really enjoy getting sprayed with water (just gain something like the sprayers you use for wetting plants) and when they do they behave just approaching your Grey. So that's the first thing I'd try out if I were you. Good luck!!
Answers:    Sounds like she is a typical little grey. She may playing or trying to let you know she would like a bath. You can gain a spray bottle and mist her with warm water or you can proposal her a bath in a bowl big enough. I use a plastic dog dish specifically heavy that my grey cannot tip over. Also if she takes hip bath in cage make certain you dry off cage and make certain food does not get wet as it molds very prompt. :)
