Budgie Question (sorry for adjectives my question, spanking new to birds!)?
Ok, so i got 2 budgies (blue and greenish/blue) and they are very loving. I got them later sunday. I let them out of there cage and cut one of the birds wing, (im doing the other tomorow, and yes i no how..my mom helps.) The blue is probably the one thats use to me, oh they are 7 weeks. The blue will jump on my finger, same with the green one, but whether i move they will jump away. I feed them millets and they dont move, the blue one eat out of my hand :D When i let the blue one out, its always wanting to dance back in its cage, so i will put my finger out and he will hop on, then ill take him to his hold. Hes a good boy... or gurl. O_o The green one is more, independent. :P They sing like CRAZY when i put music on like hot n' cold, disturbia, hand and crazy songs like those:P
But when theres nothing on (music) they just sit within.. i have toys for them but they wont play with them... how cna i make them optimistic in there cage?
appreciation bye : ]
At seven weeks your budgies are incredibly, very young. Please keep an eye on them and bring in certain that they continue to eat and drink. They hold been weaned very long. Also remember that they are very spanking new to your home and this is THE biggest upheaval in their young lives. Right immediately they're still frightened and unsure of their new home and new human flock.
It sounds resembling you are doing well with them. Work slowly and at their own speed. Allow them to learn to trust you. Continue to fiddle with them as much as they are comfortable with but if they're a bit afraid, be sure to confer them some space too.
Offer them a variety of toys. Some birds prefer shiny things, some prefer leather strips and beads, some enjoy any toy they can wreck and others prefer toys that bring in noise. Each bird, as you are learning, is an individual.
When your budgies get more used to their unmarked circumstances they'll be less "on their best behavior" than they are now. They should begin to testing their toys and explore more. If not, take one of the toys and play with it yourself. Show your birds how much FUN you have next to the toy!
Most of all, remember that they are very young. It is up to you to guide them the things they need to learn, including good ingestion habits, perhaps how to play and most of all that you are reliable.
Have fun with your new birds :-)

I assume being happy in the trial cage will come in time you can imagine how you would be aware of if you were suddenly moved away from adjectives you knew and put into an unknown surrounds. But if one of them is already getting finger trained in smaller amount than a week you seem to be off to a very apt start just give them time.
Answers: Make sure they have a TON of toys that are really crazy or fun (bells, mirrors, anything they can hang past its sell-by date of) we have a this toy that hangs from the top of one of the cages and it have four circle things that almost look like gears that are attatched to each other and they love going contained by and out of those. talk to them a lot and sing or wistle or whatever. they may only be homesick or still adjusting. you seem to have gotten some break birds, thats nice. just keep trying to make them festive. And if your bird wants back within the cage right away dont put him back. he should be excersising and getting to know you better. three of my birds try to take back to their cage right away but i dont permit them i make them stay out longer so they can get excersise and if you never put together them stay out they never get to know you better. its not like its torturing them either so its nought to feel bad about. a short time ago keep playing nice music, talk to them/wistle, and make certain they get their veggies.
good luck with the birds :D
there probably been distracted by something or they ar not yous to another
Get them toys they'll actually resembling feed them healthy foods like cuttlebones i muse eventually spend some time too so they wont feel lonely. I do those things for them and they love to chirp sort of.
