Can cockatiels guzzle mash potatoes?

I fed my cockatiel a little bit of mashed potatoes (i removed the skins) durring dinner time tonight. Is that ok?
Its not really impossible for it, it wouldnt get sick or anything

Answers:    I don't see any impair in this ,but don't do it to often,Potatoes,carry plentifully of water,so his droppings may be loose for a few days,so don't worry if they are.
Also do not join Salt when mashed.
Try him on raw Broccoli,Kale.Carrot and Sweet Corn Cob,these are all wonderful for his health.
Would a cockatiel copycat be a devout pet for my thirteen year ancient? She used to hold a puppy?   Can you hold crows as pets?   What eat a red-tailed hawk?   How can i explain to whether its a masculine or womanly cockatoo ?
