i do. and my parrot like it just fine. i don't feed asparagus every day but i tender it once in a while. i try to offer many different types of vegetables. as far as i know the solely things that are definitely out are avocado and fruit pits (like apple seeds). you're not supposed to feed onion or raw potatoes any. and fruit is supposed to be fed as a treat not every day like vegetables.
