Does placing a oil lamp close at hand a cockatiel egg work as well-mannered as an egg incubator?

My bird laid an egg but wont keep it warm so i placed a lamp close to the egg.

no it wont work the same you ahve to go buy a heat oil lamp or the egg will not hatch.

a regular lamp willl not work the same as a heat kerosene lamp
