How to convey when cockatiels want to hold sex, any untimely signs?

i was just wondering, so i know what to look for when they are about to go and get busy. does the male do some kind of showing rotten or the female does something?

Answers:    the male will sit next to her, and 'wave' his herald over her neck, he will also start feeding her before she go to nest (this increases their bond)..

the male and female both call out so i wouldnt' be waiting for a singing bird, only just keep an eye on them and when you see her begging for food or him feeding her you know they are close...
