Bekah is right, when a bird starts to show signs of being sick, next it is VERY sick. Birds do their very best to hide all possible signs of malady until they are just too weak not too. It's a survival tactic, that, unfortunatly, does them more harm than angelic in a captive situation.
I advise getting your bird to the nearest avian veterinarian completely quickly. Your bird could have an infection or some sort, or any one of a plethora of problems.
Answers: It could be so plentiful things, but one thing for sure-You must take him to an Avian Vet ASAP. He could have a cold, vitamin less, so many things. If he already looks sick, hes probably really really sick since its hard to tell when birds first achieve sick. My little lovebird almost died by the time we noticed he was sick. He have a bad respiratory infection, and after days of antibiotics, thank goodness he managed to verbs through. Please get this bird to a vet today.
It could be heavy metal poisoning, a liver problem or possibly cancer. All three cause loss of stability.
It could also be other things, but your bird needs to be seen by either an avian vet or a vet that specializes surrounded by birds.
Good luck...
well near birds the bad thing is that they do not show signs of illness until they are immensely sick... the best thing to do is to take it to an avian vet to see what is wrong with hopefully whether you have the money they can help it.sorry to hear your sun conure does not feel all right.good luck!
it shouldn't matter what we expect! The best thing to do is take it to the vet before you don't own a bird any more.
It could also be neurological. The only action to take is to catch to a vet. Good luck. I also have a Sun and they are awesome. I wish you the best
