kid budgie sexual characteristics masculine or feminine?
hi want to know what the gender of my baby budgie
the cere colour is a really light blue but mostly white.
is it a girl or a boy?
Ok you own to wait till its about 2 months old next from there is simple: look where its nostril holes are, if the skin is pink its a girl whether its blue its a boy!
mmmm... wich coulors are the budgies? because some manly white paid blu (called danish variety) can have the confuse cere white and reading light blue. if the budgie is albino (with red eyes) or yellow (with red eyes) same problems but all other array of colour will be nect the distinction white or blue the cere.
other problem could be the age of your budgies.
please observe the behaviour of your budgies usually the mannish spend a lot of time talking with something (mesh, mirrow or other budgie) the womanly dont.

Answers: Sounds similar to a female to me...males are usually all blue & the females are white across the top...
i would think male. they tend to be more colorful than females. ask for a check up from the vet to tell you or ask the provider. sounds like you have a beautiful bird.
How old is your bird?
You will not be able to sex it properly till after it's first moult.
But by your description I would say it be a Male.
When it reaches the sexing stage a Male will have a Blue cere,a Female will have a Cream to Brown,cere.
The colours increase as they developed and come into breeding condition.
The cere on a male is blue and a cere on a female is brownish-pink. HTH
