Is pure gas warmness undisruptive for birds?

Just wondering if anyone else that has a pet bird has untaught gas heat? I had a lovebird, and he passed, and i'm wondering if they grill had anything to do with it being i only turned it on less than a week ago. Thanks!
No it's okay for them. Here is a list of things that might have killed him, plentifully of people don't know about theses. I'm sorry to hear in the region of your loss. http://www.parrotcentral.net/list_of_tox...
canaries were once used within coal mines to detect methane ("natural gas") and carbon monoxide because they are much more sensitive to the fumes than humans.

I would not recommend keeping birds in the same room beside open-flame gas heaters.
It should be fine but I strongly cheer up you to have a carbon monoxide detector. Not only could it save your bird's enthusiasm someday but most importantly yours!

Great question by the way.
Yes, natural gas heat is safe for birds ..
It can be uncertain to any / all breathing animals
if it is not properly used & vented.
Answers:    If it would have died from the gas, you probably would have be affected too, some how. Gas heat is perfectly past the worst for your birds. Of course all furnaces should be checked and serviced every year before using them.
