is my bird blind??

this morning i let my budgie coco out he played a bit on top of the cage and next decided to have a fly round and he flew straight into the corner of the wall!!
could he be blind??

my other budgie doesn't even want to come out.

also should i get their wing clipped??
sometimes they would be scared and fly everywhere but if you put your hand and put it surrounded by front of his face and he tries to get out of the way later he shouldnt be blind.

its your choice if you want their wings clipped. if they are rowdy afterwards you should clip them to ease the taming process

here is a good site

i have a macaw that is blind in one eye, and the eye to be precise blind is a dark brownish color, is your birds eye/eyes an unusual color? If not the reason she might not of moved is whether u have had her a long time she might trust you. If you want to get her wing clipped it will help with the taming process. if the bird fly stale your hand cause she doesn't want your help i would clip them, but whether she flies cause she get scared i wouldn't. i enjoy the blind macaw on my shoulder now and she doesn't have her wings clipped, and she never flown unless something scare her.
Answers:    I don't think he's blind. He sounds like he got upset of something and that's probably why he flew into the wall. Yes, I would suggest your getting the budgie's wings clipped. That way they can't fly illustrious and they are much easier to catch if they get out of their enclose.
