Is my Budgie a mannish or feminine?

My budgie's had 4 babies and I'm convinced that the two older ones are females, and Toshiro(the one pictured) is the third born.

I was told that it be a she when it was born.

Hi,
It depends on its age but to me i would utter male as the cere looks to blue to be a hen if it was a hen it would hold white rings around the nostrels so i would say male.

Anymore questions a moment ago e-mail me i will try to help.
Answers:    I'm not moderately sure, the males have blue ceres (the area above the beak) and females enjoy brown ceres. I originally thought it was a female but in the ending pictureit looks like there is a little bit of blue coming through. Just dawdle another two weeks or so and if any more comes through you could assume it was a male
thats most likely a girl you can update by the color of its "nostrils" they are pink so i'm pretty sure its female.the girls tend to have lighter colered "nostrils" and the boys dark ( dark blue/purple)
Oh my gosh! Your budgie is SO cute! Lucky! I'd say that your budge is a boy. The males in the bird world tend to be prettier than the females, plus it have the little blue spots near the beak. Anyways, I'd say your budgie is a boy.
