well im not a pro but you might want to see the vet...
Vitamins should simply be given on the advice of a qualified vet, so do not add them to her water until you ask your vet.
It sounds resembling you've got things worked out since you are taking her in to the other vet. Just make certain you get her in ASAP. You can discuss the cage issue and any other concerns near the vet too.
Illnesses can happen for any number of reasons and it's difficult for anyone answering your question online to know for certain, but I can try to help you to eliminate some potential causes whether it's something in their enviroment. Either way, she still needs to see the vet, but enjoy a look at these pages and make any necessary change in your home:

Good luck with your little bird. I hope adjectives goes well and she'll be okay.
I would keep her away from all other birds. I would keep hold of her warm by putting a heating pad below the outside bottom of her cage and covering half ot the round up. I would offer her food and water. She may have head or zinc poisoning as this often causes seizures. Also may be incomplete important vitamins of some sort. Best chance is get to avian vet that can support. It may be necessary to run test and all test can kill little birds easy if not from shock from the blood loss. You could attach some vitamins to water but not many and get to vet asap. Good luck. Is she egg bound? The signs you are stating sounds similar to she may be or may be calcium defeciant. Put cuttle bone in and some crushed oyster shell and keep humid until get het to vet.
Answers: what can cause seizures in birds are a few things like lead poisoning, infections, heat stroke, nutritional negative amount and epilepsy.
what you do is keep him/her away from things it could hurt itself on..
remove things from the cage after cover the cage with a towel and turn some lights off to diminish the birds stress then call the vet.
