My parakeets are touching beak alot is this mate?

They have been doing it a lot. The manly has been doing it a lot to the womanly is this mating?
No, this isn't mating. They are just self friendly. As long as they are not hurting each other, this is fine.
This mechanism that the male is excited by the female. He likes her alot. They will probably shutting down up mating.

No, this doesn't mean they are mating, but close to it! When they are 'touching beaks' seriously, this mean they are seed sharing, or regurgitating food into the others beak. This is a form of a strong bond, which is a good piece!

But, you should expect mating if you do have a male/female couple. This is a form of a strong bond, and if they are sexualyl mature, you can expect mating to crop up soon. And when they are very connected to each other and the male proves his self worthy, you will hold a mating pair of keets.

If you don't want babies, separate them! Bbaies are a lot of responsiblility, trouble, and sturdy work. Especially if you get agggravated easily! I, myself, am a breeder of cockatiels and parakeets (see my avatar picture) and when the babies hatch, they tweet deeply! And it gets annoying sometimes, very annoying.

If yo do, however, want to breed the, you have to do some things! One is buy a nest box. This is where on earth the female will lay her eggs, and care for raise them.
