Should i capture my parakeet at Magnolia bird Farm surrounded by CA?

So im going to get a pet parakeet. About 5 years ago my brother got a parakeet from Magnolia Bird Farm. I cant really remeber the place but my mom does.

Does anyone that has be or bought from magnolia bird farm know if it is a good place to buy a parakeet

PS: im going to buy a babe parakeet and hand raise and tame him myself.
Can i spray Lysol around my birds?

Don't hold a clue about the place, but I would advise against buying an unweaned bird unless you are very markedly experienced in hand rearing and bird keeping. Theres no need for it really, its easier and safer to buy a weaned, foot reared baby. They are just as house-train, no difference.
