What to nurture my hens?

Hi, what is okay and what is NOT okay to feed my two hens in the way of table waste or basically any scraps from my kitchen? My two hens are about six or seven months hoary. I have thus far been feeding them cracked corn kernel for scratch and organic calcium feed to promote egg production. Thanx, Robert
They are a scavenger bird they will any thing including their own egg shells. Sounds like your doing just fine.
You can feed them basically anything that isnt old. Bread, watermelon, corn on cob, biscutes, ect.

Just dont nurture them spicy food or garlic, onions, or peppers.

Also I wouldn feed them cracked corn. It doesnt have adjectives the stuff they need. Try to get scratch nurture. Its made for chcikens. Cracked corn is made for fowel like ducks, geeses, ect.
they eat anything even glass which will exterminate them
Well Bob,

This is going to depend on how concerned you are about your eggs and your chickens. Stay away from spiced and salted foods. Preservatives and other chemicals are also a doomed to failure idea. You're just going to have to experiment and see what they really approaching.
Stuff that contains nutrition, fatty bits off hams and fruit and vegetables.
And skins of fruit and veg's too.
Rice isn't a good perception becuase it bloats them and doesn't run through them too well.
Also oats and stuff like that is flawless.
No hot or spicy stuff, but they are okay with sweet stuff.

i hold a pretzel in my fanny pack.
