When I put the hip bath for my canary he doesnt gain into it adjectives the channel! He solitary showers his obverse and collar ...?
and then use the water that he acumulated there to rinse out the other parts of him... but doesnt do it inside of the bathtub
Is it ok or it is just a nasty dirty bird?
That's generally how birds bathe. They don't soak themselves surrounded by it, otherwise they wouldn't be able to fly and they could freeze to death.
No it's fine. All my birds that I have or have ever had(except 1) bathed that way. The 1 be a strange bird though. She loved water and would roll over and jump around, or lie on her put a bet on and let the sink run over her.
Answers: The hugely favorite way to give a canary a bath is to fix a dish that let the water go from about 11/2" adjectives to 0" They all don't like to stand in open water. Some like to stand in severely shallow water and take their bath. Some will nearly lay down in the water and flop around. That is why it is best to have the dish so the dampen goes from nothing to an inch or so to bathe. I enjoy large walk in flights for my canaries. I use these disposable paint tray liner for bath pans they clean confident and are sloped just perfect. I only transmit you this so you get a picture of what I am talking about on the river depth.
your canary is just fine they purify like that in the wild, don't for carry if they get there wing to wet they wouldn't be able to get absent from a predator
