When should i breed my cockatiel? assured 10 points?

they breed two times this year and no babies last time they finished breeding was on june 25 2008. when should i breed them.
also they keep ripping the rag on the bottom of the cage.

i was thinking breeding them on the 25th? that would make 5months since they ultimate breed.

Answers:    Right now would probably be a right time. My cockatiels mated last December and had 3 chicks hatch by the end of January. I was always worried that they would be really cold since finishing winter was pretty cold, but they were alright. I'm sure whether you breed them now, it would be good.
My cockatiels also rip up the newspaper, but I have a sneaking suspicion that that's because they don't get enough nutrients in their diet.

I regard this is a good time to start breeding. The birds had their break from breeding and regained their strength. This would be a great time as winter is at the double approaching!
