Word to the wise - I noticed that you said pellets AND vitamins. If you are feeding pellets, you should not give extra vitamins. Good pellets have vitamins in them, so if you give your bird extra vitamins, they can build up to toxic levels in the bird's body. Always ask an avian vet before giving a bird any kind of vitamins.
