Where could I purchase a crow within New York State?

I know some crows are illegal to have, but i do know there are some species official to have. Are there any breeders?
Indian Ringneck help( really needed)?

I really don't think there are any crow breeders in New York. They are in actual fact considered a pest due to the high populations of them. It may be illegal to have ANY type of crow or raven.

Why would you want a crow anyways.a moment ago out of curiosity? If you want a smart bird try a small parrot.
