Why cant penguins fly?
They weigh too much and their wings are not designed for flight.

Answers: Penguins weigh too much, their wings are not designed for flight because it is small. Their wings compared to their body is small but it can 'fly' underwater. Also penguin's feather are rainproof and to keep the penguin warm not to help it fly.
