Why does my yorkie x Jack variety sneezing noise when she plays or get excited?

When my yorkie x jack russlle plays or is excited she starts making sneezing noises. Why?

small breeds like these are habitually prone to respiratory problems. usually it is simply because the trachea constricts when she gets excited, it probably isn't a huge problem but if you suggest that she sounds like she is having difficulty breathing, see your vet.
