Why should cockfighting be crooked?

I want to know everyone's opinion on cockfighting. I am doing a report on it, so what ever information I can get I would truly appreciate it. I understand why dogs shouldn't row, because they are our companions. But chickens, we kill them anyway so we can eat them. Chickens are chickens. They can't back us like dogs can, by helping blind people, and other things relative to helping us.

It's exactly impossible to tell apart as dog fighting. You're putting 2 living beings together in forced circumstances who fight, impose serious injury which ultimately results in death thus creating unnecessary suffering.

Chickens provide us with eggs and whether you eat meat, meat. How does that not help us?

Because we see dogs as loyal and domestic pets and they look cute, most people disagree next to dog fighting. But if you saw chickens in one and the same light (cute etc), you'd have exactly one and the same attitude as you do towards dogs.

Ok, I am an animal activist that is very opinionated on such topic but I will try to be short. Well cockfighting is unsanctioned in most states. Cockfighting is dangerous because the people who disagree these birds cut their thumb off (side toe) without pain reliever or anesthesia, and they are replaced next to razor sharp blades. Even though they can't help us it don't mean a dang article. Cockfighting uses roosters not chickens.And cockfighting involves drugs, illegal gambling and other dangerous crooked crimes (sometimes murder-people murder the losing roosters bidder). Also people use steroids to make these roosters strong and powerful so they win the fights. And these poor roosters are fought until they die or are exhausted and whether they lose the fight they are left to die in the ring or external of the ring (usually a trash bin/can or in the nearby woods). These fights are taken place underground where on earth no one knows expect the gamblers and fighters. Sometimes these poor birds are starved and dehydrated formerly the fight to make them bleed less. If these cock fighters are caught the birds are generally put down because they are dangerous to other roosters. Hens are also included in these cockfights, they are used to breed more roosters that are good ample for fights and if they aren't well poor things are not here to die or sold, or if they are good enough to argue they too are sold to unexpected buyers (but usually sold to other cock fighters). Illegal cock fighting and the transporting of birds from one location to another and across state lines is thought to have been responsible for the second outbreak and spread of Exotic Newcastle Disease - a disease in which literally hundreds of thousands of birds were killed because of exposure or simply because they be NEAR an END outbreak. There were thousands of PET birds that were also confiscated and killed, simply because of their proximity to the disease.

Cockfighting is a vile practice where on earth people sit around betting on which bird can inflict the most damage to another while they enjoy the tragedy and suffering occurring right formerly their eyes.
