Will a ringed congo african grey is foot rear or speaks rash when u buy it from pet shop?
is it necessary that a ringed african grey will be handreared if i purchase it from petshop will he be trained and talks impulsive?
Answers: I agree with Angela! PLEASE go to a breeder, not a pet sore. Hand reared birds are the style to go- much healthier and better adjusted to people! Also, own you looked into adoption? Often time people have to give up their birds due to a relocate in their lives, such as divorce, death, moving, etc. Most of the birds up for adoption have histories and the foster cn bring you some excellent information about them and their abilities. One website that is great is www.petfinder.com. You can scour by bird and location. We are in the process of adopting an african grey now sue to his elderly owner endorsement. GREAT option for an addition to our two bird home.
Also remember, birds are a full commitment contained by money and time. They NEED lots of attention form you every single day. The larger and/or smarter the bird, the more attention it must have. An unhappy bird will be an unhygienic bird!
Good luck with any bird you choose and have fun!
Whether or not a parrot negotiations is down the individual bird. You can buy a handreared congo and it can never utter a word. You should NEVER buy a bird just cos you want it to talk...what happens whether it doesnt?
If you want a parrot as a pet go to a reputable breeder and hand-rearer, or rescue a parrot that requirements a home...you might be able to get a bird that already conference if you rescue one.
Are you at home most of the time? Parrots need HOURS of each day aattention and shouldnt be left alone for more than a few hours. They are long lived and very demanding pets, please be careful and do your research up to that time bringing one home.
