Will a set of two of rose Breasted cockatoos loud?

All cockatoo's are loud.
I mull over my budgie tweety is...
yes they will its in there natchur to be loud sometimes its how they consult to you and others of their own kind,you will have to keep them inhabited so they wont squawk too much,they will need to chew ,out time, you will have to interact with them also,try to save them where they can see and hear you as you talk,and it will keep them interested contained by you,or they wont be and you wont have a companion parrot,or you going to breed them then you wont enjoy to pay too much Attn to them they will be dependent on each other for companionship,don't forget toos are noted for mental problems whether not properly card for
Few problems next to my modern budgies?
Answers:    Not as loud as larger cockatoos, but far from quiet.
