2 week feeble kitten-not pooping ?

Someone found a litter of kittens near a pond about two weeks ago. When they were found they have just been born a day or two previously. So about 2 weeks now. The kitten has be getting KMR every 3hours or so. It was pooping and peeing fine up until yesterday. Now its still eating and peeing but has not pooped surrounded by 1 1/2 days. I have been using a soft warm wad in a circular motion for stimulation . I'm really worried that something is going on. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks!
