4 bowls, the recommended amounts are on the back of the packet :|
* At 6 Weeks: Four or more small feedings, spaced regularly throughout the day.
* 12 Weeks: Increase the amount of respectively meal, and gradually space them out to three meals a daytime.
* Around 6 Months:You may gradually space out the meals to twice daily.
Unless a kitten is showing excessive mass gain, he is considered an "adult" at the age of one year, and for the next nine years or so, may be fed adult "maintenance" food twice each day, with supplements of dry food when needed, as listed below.

Answers: I'd say no more than 1/2 cup per cat, but depending on the cat that may be too much. If you are feeding them outdoors and there is additional food you are inviting everything from the neighbor's cat to skunks and rats. So better to observe them a couple of times and if they eat for ten minutes and there's food moved out you've put out too much and if they are crying for more than you know to give a bit more.
30 bowls? just kid!
