Answers: I have a male cat that was like peas in a pod way...when i first got him he would meow really loud in the middle of the dark...it drove me nuts but now that he has gotten used to me he doesn't do it any more.maybe he lately needs to calm down and get more comfortable beside you...good luck!
how long have you had him? whether you just got him, give him a break - he's probably homesick and upset! - how would *you* feel if you suddenly got transported to a stranger's place? - pass him lots of love and attention - and as for the meowing? - be glad it's not BARKING!
