Another interrogate something like my precious kitten and her eye?
Ohkay she had something that looked like cherry eye here:

But a few people said it wasnt. Well my grandparents (Who I live next to. they are both very old and one of them trained to be a vet for a lone time) said that she would be fine and to jsut leave her alone. I yell at them telling them she needed to go to a vet but I got yell at. It was too cold for me to take out out alone tonight by myself.. Its about 30ish external right now, i think.
Anyway I ran sour with my boyfriend because I got tired of being yell at and when I got home about 5 hours subsequent my kittens eye looked ALOT better. The membrane is almost completely back in place and the simply thing im worried about is the bit of watery gooey stuff by her eye but its not tacky its just, there... Like the sleep we get within our eyes when we wake up only wetter.
Anyway she still runs around and plays and acts similar to a kitten, shes not acting like she feels sick or anything, so am I okay?
My grandfather says that she get a small infection from her litterbox. She poos a lot and sometimes I dont clean it enough. It be F U L L of poo today until I cleaned it and left. Could that be it? Are they right, will she be okay? She just took a huge crap and it be normal, not diarhea. And shes eating normal too.
Please share me my kitten is okay?
I cant get a pictuer of the eye yet because she is hyper but I will soon when she calms down.
Thank you for reading ><
I'd say leave it for a couple of days but if her eye go back to how it was in the photo clutch her to the vet IMMEDIATELY!
Your grandparents are right.
hi! it could be a slight irritation which could be relieved if you gave her eye drops similar to visine, just 2-4 days a day.. or it could be conjunctivitis which is very adjectives in cats.. in conjunctivitis though, she would itch her eyes at times and she would have increase eye secretion when she wake up or every 10mins...
but the reddish discoloration on her conjuctiva really suggests conjunctivitis.. you should go to the vet.. she should get proper treatment for it.. the vet will freshly probably give you anti-bacterial eyedrops like genta-drops for example (which contains gentamycin)..and this is used on her for 3x/day for 1 week.
hope this helps!biddable luck to you guys!
yes it could be an infection from the poo
but I would go to the vet for a check up just in covering
good luck :)
Answers: She's righteous!
Wipe out the corner of her eye and let her go on with natural life!
