Anyone know the inventor of a cat toy...tiger on a bungee?

My cat's favorite toy has died and I have been looking to replace it and cannot find one. The culture at Petco have no idea what I am talking roughly speaking when I asked about it. I've searched online and cannot seem to locate anything similar. So I'm going to budge ahead with the description and if you've seen anything similar to it, let me know where and possibly a brand name. Please and appreciation;)

It is a teaser with a bungee, at the end of the bungee was a tiger. The tiger's person in charge was connected to the bungee and looks easily detachable if played beside for a bit. The body had a noisemaker/squeaker in it and the arms and legs dangled (they nearly looked sparkly). I believe they also had a frog and a couple of other animals in this style.
