If he is indoor only. He could own had a bad fall and land on his head. Are there any plants around the house that is contemporary that could be poisonous to cats? Has he had access to pharmaceuticals/medicines that may cause spoil to cats? Have any new detergents been used around the house to clean clothing, bedding, carpet? These are all things that can cause seizures contained by cats.
