Can anyone propose a agency to modify my cat's behavior that will work?

I have three cats. One that is 11, one that is 10, and one that is to say 8 months. The littlest is name "Little Kitty". Well Little has some MAJOR issues. First of all he act crazy all the time. By crazy I mean, he runs laps around the room jump and tearing up the blinds or window treatments, clasps on to the couch and pulls himself around it next to his claws, eats anything that is food, opens and get into cupboards, claws at the carpet if you don't leave the bedroom door unfurl at night, meows LOUDLY all the time, jumps on and attacks the other two cats - pushes them out of the opening when they are eating so he can, runs out of the front door at least 3 times a day - sometimes not coming put a bet on for hours, wakes us up when he thinks it's morning - like around 3 or 4am, get on the counter and knocks things all over the floor... basically he is a total terror. I want to try something before I give up and supply him away - and if I did that I would feel doomed to failure for the next person who got him. I enjoy tried doing some behavior modification, we've used the water bottle, we've used noisy items... he loves water and is intrigued by strident things. He is the worst pet ever. Are there shock collars for training cats or another method someone can think of? Any and all responses appreciated.
dont impart up on your baby kitty. if you give him to the shelter he will most feasible be put to sleep because he is older. people want kittens. anyways your kitten is old satisfactory to neuter. neutering will calm him down in the blink of an eye. a male cats behavior will get worse. a responsible pet owner would have done this already. hes running out of the house looking for babe! please get your cat neutered!...it is the right thing to do.this bearing you can avoid doing the irresponsible thing and give up on your cat.
some on this site don't liek spanking... but that is what cats do to thier kittens ...it's purely called swatting.

BUT YOU JUST MAY HAVE A HYPER KITTEN.
You can try putting it in a room when it is being that course but that may not work either!
good luck hope some others have some concept
Answers:    He sounds exceedingly much like an A-typical young cat - are the other cats ages in years or also contained by months?

Just like any human, cats have different personalities, near time he will calm down, probably about the 1 year mark.

In the meantime, provide him lots of interactive toys to hold him distracted from finding his own in your household items. For now I would use double sided sticky tape to hold down your valuables - or nick them down until he calms down. (consider it like baby proofing)

It will also assistance him sleep through the night if you give him a one on one rigourous play session beside a toy before you go to bed, and then nurture him a rich food (like dry mixed with wet cat food) as this will produce a natural induced sleep cycle. Cat Hunts and expels vim, cat eats after hunt, cat sleeps after hunt.

A normal cat hunting time is early evening - and untimely morning - the exact time you described...The only way you can change it is by inducing a different 'hunt' time as described above.

It's a difficult extent to get through, but you can get through it. Passing him off to unsullied owners wouldn't do him any good, and will result in emotional weaken - especially if you have have him long enough for him to become attached. Plus, there's no guarantee he'll find a new home or that they'll keep hold of him rather than putting him in a shelter (where I'm sure I don't stipulation to say it, but he'd be one of millions of cats that will likely get euthanized).

Cats don't respond in good health to things like shock collars, spanking or yelling - and if you chase him, this will merely encourage the behaviour.

I've heard that calculation a little white vinegar (one part to 10 parts water) is also helpful beside the water spray effectiveness. Don't spray it in the eyes, it's the smell they don't approaching, just on the fur is fine and harmless.
kittens act close to that, just lots of extra energy..you've get to tired the little guy out. Once he gets older, try a spray bottle of water.
He's a kitten for one and he's bored for two. Get yourself a laser pointer and he will chase it until he exhausts himself. Do this every evening before you go to bed to wear him out. He'll hopefully grow out of this "teenage" stage. Best of luck.
