Can you report me whats wrong beside my cat?
She had diarrhe and vomiting on Friday. So we took her to the vet and left with antibiotics (baytril). Then she threw up when we come home. On Saturday she was very slothful, didnt eat, we forced water into her with a syringe. Then this morning she become happier, she's drinking water, and shes playing. The problem is that she's asking food every 1-2 hours (hasnt eaten since thursday noon) and she keeps meowing every time she see someone or if someone calls her name. Right immediately shes sitting in the chair and if i telephone call her name she'll meow. I called the vet and they are closed so I called the other one and they said they are over booked PLUS they wouldnt listen to me while I be trying to talk so I dont want to go to them. So whats wrong with her?
she may be feeling better and she is happy to let you know.as long as she have water she will be fine give the vet a ring on monday.
well whether she is wanting to eat and seems alert and not in niggle, that is a good sign. Have you got a local animal emergency clinic you could phone up? Maybe the medicine she is taking is making her feel strange mentally.As long as she is eating, and seem okay physically I wouldnt worry too much, but i would call an emergency clinic to be on the safe side or your vet contained by the morning.
Answers: Sounds close to your cat is feeling better and letting you know that she's grateful you took such good care of her. If she hasn't be eating for awhile I'm sure she's pretty hungry. As long as she's eating and drinking and playing, I wouldn't verbs too much. But if you're still concerned, call the vet on Monday.
