Can you put Sulfodene skin medication on a cat?

My cat has a sore beside her mouth, so I put Sulfodene on it. Then I realized that it's only for dogs! I wipe it off immediately, but she licked her mouth while I be doing so. Will she be alright, or do I need to take her to the emergency vet clinic?

Answers:    Give the emergency vet clinic a call and permit them know what you put on her, that you wiped it off and how long it was in that. They'll be able to advise you whether or not you need to bring her surrounded by, and what to look for in the way of an emergency if they don't want to see her right absent.
