Does anyone know of a good and SAFE website that I can buy personalized Cat Tags from? Like anyone with some experience having bought tag from a website?

There tons of them around. Not sure what you mean by safe. Safety is contained by the design of the collar (breakaway).

Most pet stores and doggie boutiques have machines on site that do this.

I cannot recommend a website because I have never ordered one online. But I do recommend that you you run to PetSmart. Buy a token from the cashier, put it in the special machine, type your pet's autograph and your phone number. Push the button and voila! you get a pet tag. They have two sizes, cute ones for cats and big gross ones for dogs. :-)

Answers:    I recommend going to your local pet store or even Wal Mart. They have machines that form the tags right in front of you. Your local vets organization may also offer a tag ordering service. Whatever you prefer to do please be sure that you put the tag on a break away collar so whether your cat gets the collar caught on anything he/she will be able to escape from it.
I surmise my cat might hold a eye infection.?   My kittens are have loose stools. What should I do? What can be raison d`¨ētre of this?   Should i verbs my cat, and i how would i budge just about it when she doesn't like to be verbs?   Do you transport your cat next to you? I already asked this but when I prod for it I cant find it.?
