Cat wont devour, I dont know why?

my cat was hiding and not eating Monday, but Tues she was fine and intake again. Wednesday she was hiding again and not eating, so I took her to the vet. Vet did bloodwork and check for bladder infection. they both turned out normal. I dont dream up she swallowed a foreign object. The past few times I've force fed her can food , she pukes it. I dont know what else to do after $185 the vet told me absolutely nothing. and the bloodwork checked the functioning of all the organs, and it turned out fine for everything. she's a moment ago laying around, lethargic, and no appetite. she is only 3.5 yr prehistoric.
Pick up some Nutri-cal at the pet store to replace calories for the subsequent few days...administer with a syringe if she won't take it on her own ...it doesn't enjoy enough bulk for her to throw it up & gets absorbed briskly. Shop around for prices on xrays to prepare yourself. And bring her in for fluids if the vomiting continues for more than 48 hours. Keep us posted.
If she is only eating every other light of day and hiding it could very well indicate sickness.

She might be having problems next to her teeth ,you might try getting the vet to check them out to make sure everythings good near them.

It could also possibly be she is eating more than she can handle on the day she eat and not digesting well, so therfore the next day she isn't hungry.
Just keep hold of an eye on her eating patterns/ how much she eats and such.If anything wierd goes on later you migh twant to get her checked out again.
your cat may be sick.
Please take your cat to another vet. Don't be so concerned next to the cost. Or if you really have a good rapport near your vet, go back and talk to them.

It could be various things. I am not a vet but this happened to my cat. It turned out to be liver disease. It might be hyperthyroid.

You don't want to let this go un-attended.

Best,

Anna Lynn
If a cat is hiding, that's an indication that she's not feeling well. Did the vet look at her mouth to see whether there were any issues with her teeth? Did he set aside to do x-rays of her stomach?

If she's still acting lethargic, hiding and has no appetite, you may need to bring her to someone else for a moment opinion. All of those symptoms point to something being wrong.
Well...Maybe the cat doesn't like that charitable of cat food or if shes an outside cat she could be pregent you know it could happen
Answers:    Sounds like she's sick, so a second opinion may be mandatory, although I'm curious, have you changed her food recently. After 7 years of the same cat food, my cat is in a minute on vet ordered cat food that I can not take him off of no matter what. He hate it, is pouting, some days refuses to eat, then succumbs to his starvation and finally eats. The vet says it's normal and he'll find over it eventually. Could your cat have a similar problem?
