Cats war adjectives the time?

I have four cats, two male, two female. One feminine is very shy and rarely leaves the bedroom, and the other three have free roam of the house.
One of my males used to be an outdoor cat, I adopt him from someone down the street who no longer wanted him. I prefer my cats indoors, but he loved being outside so winter time he be always inside except to go to the bathroom. When the heat weather came, he wanted to be out more. Last spring he was attacked by someone and suffered severe facial trauma and done up loosing an eye. Needless to say he is never going outside ever again.
Now here is the problem. He is always taunting and going after my other masculine and female. He never goes at the aggressively, its like he requirements to play, but they both flip out, running through the house, hissing, growling, and wrestling. Is there anything I can do to try to help keep the peace?
I would just leave it, my cats row too but only about once a day and mostly for fun. Sometimes it get rough and hair goes flying but they get on economically generally, they only fight because they approaching eachother, they want some attention.
Obviously he is the dominant one in the house hold, are they spayed and neutered? Could be territorial, as most cats are. Probably just defending his turf. you could bring rid of him or just separate him from the others.
Answers:    That's a toughie. When they start running around close to that, you should make a loud noise to startle/distract them. You could yell something resembling HEY or NO! or clap your hands.
Also if your worried about them when your not domestic, maybe you should think about separating them when your not near.
I have experience with stuff like that near dogs, and usually i just yell HEY and they'll stop.
Hopefully your cats will revise that you will not tolerate them doing that anymore.
