Clingy cat adjectives of a sudden...why?

My 1.2 yr. old female, fixed, in-door cat has other been "independent" at best, bratty and aloof at worst. Lately she's been so clingy and sweet. Why the change in a minute? Before she didn't want to be held for more than 2 mins. at a time, now it's like an hour. It's great, but why's she acting differently all of a sudden?
haha, mine too! i think it's the stormy weather :p
Sometimes when one of my cats act similar to that it is because they are not feeling good and they know you can make them perceive better. Keep a close eye on her. Is she eating OK? Is she urinating or defecating normally? Is her coat shiny and normal? Is she running a temp?
If anything else resembling that is abnormal you need to run her to the vet.
Answers:    Cats do that sometimes. I've have several cats and I've noticed that when they are babies, they like to be held a lot, but when they take a little older, they would get terrifically independent and run off if I even tried to touch them. It's almost similar to the "teenage" stage. lol Then at some point all of a sudden they'll come back around and decide that sitting on my nouns is ok after all. Just enjoy it. lol
Might be the weather. It is starting to get cold where I live, and I find the cats in bed beside me more often, and more apt to be lap cats than they are in the summer.

I would own suggested she was pregnant, but not possible if she have been fixed and or never been out of doors.
Are you home more or less than usual? I just get laid off a couple weeks ago so I have been domestic all day. My bratty male cat be the same way and now he climbs into my nouns and purrs really loud. I think he is happy that I am home adjectives of the time now. But if you are home smaller quantity he could be really happy to see you when you get home...it can step both ways.
