Discolored eye be related to other issues?

I've had my all white cat for a little over a year. When i first saw him he be at this girls apartment who was having a party. She be getting rid of the kittens and i really couldnt stand to see him live there. She had said that the parents of him were brother and sister (they both be there and were all white as well) There be 3 kittens and 2 had eye discoloration.
The one she kept had bi colored eyes. Blue and green. The one i took had wan eyes but one had a smudge of blue going across it.
He's always been a intensely odd cat. Meowing to himself as he runs the halls and he's just not incredibly coordinated. But i've noticed something thats a little strange, he seems to frequently be squinting the discolored eye. Could this be because it's more sensitive or that he cant see in good health out of it?
Any thoughts?

Answers:    Bi coloration happens in few white cats. It is said that if both eyes are blue, the cat is deaf, but i hold yet to experience it. About the lingering problems, it would probably be best if he saw a neurological veterinarian. To me, it sounds as whether he may be plagued with a tumor. It is most likely more sensitive.

Just do the right thing and nick him to the vet.
