Do I enjoy to bring my cat vacinated respectively year?
I have an indoor cat only and will never go external because I live in an apartment.

Well, the right answer is yes...but my opinion might differ a little. I own a really mean cat (and a nice one) and I never know when he is going to snap at someone when they pet him. I get their shots regularly as a result, because if your cat is not vaccinate and it bites someone, they will put the cat to sleep if someone reports the biting incident. You just never know. Also they say that you can get in diseases on your shoes and your cat can get them, or the cat could catch a mouse or bug that have a disease and get it. But I don't know how likely it is, since I had a cat for 27 years that one and only went to the vet every few years for a check up and rarely got any shots. He be the oldest cat I know and he didn't get shots all the time. If you have the spare dosh I would go ahead but I wouldn't worry about it.
Hi, I'm a vet tech, not a veterinarian, so I can offer you some thoughts, but consult your DVM. :) There are many different schools of thought here. If your cat has have all of its kitten shots and the first annual booster, then most believe your cat is pretty darn safe, but near aren't enough studies to prove it, so they still recommend doing a lot of vaccines.
Where I live, Rabies vaccines are a legal requirement, so you'll own to look into that.
I always recommend vaccinating for feline distemper merely because if your cat catches it, he/she will die and it will be horrible, and why risk it? But that vaccine only requests to be given every 3 years after the first annual booster.
But with my own cats, who are also indoor only, I skip all the rest. There is other a chance that they will have a bad aversion to the vaccine or develop an injection-site sarcoma (cancer), so I think minimal is best.
Any good vet should be willing to discuss the pros and cons minus pressuring you to over-vaccinate your cat.

I totally am within agreement with Asha - that was very prudent advice.
Personally, I don't believe in vaccinating cats every year.
the 1st year, I seize all their vaccines. After that, I do what Asha
says, distemper and I add rabies, lately in CASE by accident they should ever somehow get out. Being it's a 3 yr shot,
it's not too recurrently.

Answers: It's better to be safe than sorry. Plus it's other a good idea to have a vet look at your cat once a year. He or she can detain things that you might be aware are going on and if you wait till the cat really shows symptoms of something it may be too late. I know these days the rabies and I believe the distemper, too, is good for a few years. So you won't necessarily have to pay for shots every year freshly a checkup.
Also check where you live. You should have your cat licensed with your city or county and some cities/counties require a valid rabies tag in order to get the license.
She needs to get shots once a year - your vet ought to send you reminders. My cats don't need Rabies shots, but they do get others that they requirement as preventative medicine.

There is no proof that boosters extend the life of the vaccine and may actually shorten the duration. They can also murder or cause major health problems. I recommend the first set of vaccines for kittens and that is to say it. I do not get booster for any of my indoor/outdoor cats
