Does my cat hold stealthy cancer?

I have a cat that is almost 8 years old-fashioned. She is a burmese breed. She is in heat right now, and adjectives her nipples are red and swollen, but the the most top left one concerns me the most. It is dry, and i feel some kind of lump/bump nice of thing under the skin when i touch it. And i touched some others and i felt some bumps too but they be very small compared to the top left one..help..im upset...=/
Only a vet can tell you for certain if your cat have cancer. Take her there.

She should own been spayed 7 years ago. She probably has blocked milk ducts from always have kittens. Take her to the vet ASAP.
the only way to explain to is by a blood test. That could just be her nipples, but get it checked out.
