Does My Cat Have Flea's?

Recently my cat has been leaving little brown ball of material on everything she sits on. Its like cat dandruff really. Having looked into the matter i own discovered that it could be flee poo however after a thorough examination i have found no such flea's. Could someone suggest another solution to this mysterious problem! Many thankfulness!
DO NOT BUY FRONTLINE FROM EBAY !
you dont know what you are getting !

agree with everyone, spray the dirt next to water, if it turns red its flea dirt

dont forget to worm your cat too
If these "little brown balls" look like dried rice, they're dried segments of the tapeworm to be exact living inside your cat's stomach / intestines! A tapeworm buries it's head in the lining of the stomach / intestines and robs your cat of it's nutrition. These come from intake fleas! If your cat has EVER had fleas, he/she may have tapeworm.even IF he/she doesn't own them NOW.

The places on the cat, to check for fleas, is around the genital / tail area, under the "arms", around the neck. Fleas similar to the warm MOIST areas of the animal. I didn't think my cat had fleas, any. until the vet parted her hair "down there" and showed me one running to hide!!

Your best course of act is . take your cat to the vet, have a fecal test made (check for tapeworm or other parasites), and whether needed get the medicine to take protection of the problem. If it HAS fleas, get the Capstar pill for IMMEDIATE elimination of the fleas, the preventative to keep from getting more, and the meds for the tapeworm.

The ONLY course to get rid of tapeworm is..KILL the head of it with pills especially FOR TAPEWORM !!

THEN..you have to treat your house! This is absolutely required!
Hope this helps...Good luck.
It is a good idea to put frontline on her, even whether she doesn't have fleas, as a precaution. And deworm her!
put some of the would be flea dirt on a moist paper towel, if it turns red, its blood.

Get some frontline (ebay is cheapest) and you're kitty will be adjectives set.

Treat her quickly tho, as fleas will give your kitty tapeworm.
your cat might have crabs!
Fleas are hard to find. Take your cat to the vet to see their evaluation. It is best to be on the safe side.

you should front line your cat to stop fleas
Sounds like she/he does have fleas, collectively you can see them on the skin but sometimes if the animal has long hair they can be tricky to locate. They are easily treated by various methods, ie flea collar, topical spray etc, just manufacture sure the product is for cats. You also need to treat your house as the eggs can live for many years.
