Does your cat back you while you are on the computer?

Mine will not leave me, the keyboard, the mouse or the monitor alone! it's cute and frustrating all at matching time...

what about you?
yepag helpingad me noww13- :)
It is definitely a cat thing. My cat is always on my laptop, whether is closed or overt. He sits on the keys, swipes at the screen, and generally make it difficult for me to work. I think he does this because he is jealous, he wants my attention to be on him, not the computer, much similar to a child that goes nuts as soon as the mom gets on the phone. Cats do get spiteful, mine gets jealous of my sister as well. He hisses at her and commonly makes her feel unwelcome. I think it is because I compensate attention to her and not him. Cats are really interesting, loving creatures.
Absolutely, I hold 6 cats and one is always trying to "help" me out when I'm online, or wanting to get in my knees.
Yes, my kitten is into everything. Then she will hop on my lap at times to see what all the thud is from the keyboard. Very curious animals cats are.
Oh yeah, every morning. She knows when I fill my coffee cup I am going to walk surrounded by here and check my E-Mail. She waits on me! Flops herself down on the keyboard and starts purring. Every few days I find it a good opportunity to check out her ears, teeth, etc. She hate that, gets up and leaves.
No they don't 'help' me, more like catch in the way and step all over the baby grand. I think they get jealous because they aren't getting my undivided attention!

My cats do that all of time. One of them likes to bring back right next to the monitor and follow the mouse. Love them so much, but it is one of their more annoying habits :)
