Does your cat love to sleep below the Christmas tree?
Every cat I've ever had loves to sleep under the Christmas Tree. My boyfriend thinks it's because the lights hold her warm but this morning I come downstairs and there she is, under the tree...no lights. I should mention that these are sham trees I'm talking about. It's not that I mind one bit...it's certainly pretty cute to see her walking around on the presents, trying to find a comfy place.
It's a new safe hiding place, and it feel natural to take a nap beneath the tree :) My kitties do that too, and they would probably sleep IN the tree if I didn't spray apple bitter spray on it!
Dotty is sleeping under the tree right now. She always love to sleep lower than the Christmas tree. Its funny to see how she wedges between the gifts just so she can sleep there.
I also find small Christmas trees within the kitty litter box to :-D
Yea my cats always do that too!! im not really sure why, but they love sleeping beneath the tree : )
Yes, all mine do but simply if the tree skirt is under the tree. Some of them used to like to budge in the tree and hide...

My cat does that too :) Even after we start to put presents lower than the tree she'll hide behind them and sleep for hours, i love it :)
It may make her feel out of danger and that she is outside ... hehe

Yup! My British Shorthair loves to sleep under the Christmas Tree. I regard it's adorable! He's going to be sad when we take it down in January! lol : )

Answers: Aww, my died cat used to love sleeping under the Christmas tree. It was probably because it made them feel locked, all of the branches covering him and plus it's a hard place for anyone else to get underneath.
