Does your cat close to to play next to odd stuff?

I have a new kitty. He's 8 mos. Has plenty of toys but I've noticed that he close to to play with fabric too! Especially towels. Is that weird or what does your cat close to to play with that's even weider?

My cat Bentley loves to play with fabric, too. Whenever I get the sewing electrical device out, and lay the fabric on the floor to smooth and cut it, he will race over from the other side of the room to screw it up. I eventually have to put him surrounded by another room until i'm done cutting. He also likes to climb artificial christmas trees, so we have to maintain an eye out for him if he is anywhere near it. My cat Jane loves to rip tape rotten of boxes, and Roger will play with anything, hair ties, socks, wrappers, flowers, pretty much anything. Cats are just unnatural like that. My husband and I were out of twon for the holiday, and our friend was watching the cats for us. When we get back, he was like, "sorry almost all the socks in the living room, but Roger kept bringing them to me and I had no hypothesis what to do". There were about ten socks; he loves to play fetch with them. close to I said, cats are weird and spontaneous, that's why i love them!

I dont have a cat, but a chiuaua. He's getting close to 8 months too, and whenever he gets a new food, or a treat, or a untried toy, he like throws it around the room, then rolls onto his back and lays subsequent to it, rolling around ont he floor around the object. then plays the "I'm not touching you" thing where on earth he acts like hes going to touch it with his paw, next pulls it away never touching it. I think he has join lol

Cats are playful and curious, they'll pretty much play with anything they can get their paws on. Unless the playing-with-fabric is a problem for you, agree to him continue doing it, it won't hurt anything. Good Luck! :]

We bought our cat tons of toys..especially last Christmas but she's markedly much happy and more entertained with mentos wrappers. She newly loves to chase them all over the kitchen floor to the bathroom.

She loves to play with the roll of tissue in the bathroom but we have to curb that habit. She also loves to get inside a shopping bag and tries to lock in my fingers when I slide it across the bag.

My cat's favorite toy (as very well as the ring on the milk carton) is a wadded up piece of paper.

Nope, not strange at all! It seems that no matter how plentiful toys I buy my two, they seem to play with anything and everything else around the house! The favorite toy, though, seems to be the rings around the top of milk carton. Try it- they love them!

lol my cat likes to play with straws, approaching if you were to leave a straw on the floor she will start playing next to it as if its the best thing on earth.. for HOURS lol! she also like to eat sweet food like ice cream and cake.. though i know its unsavoury and i dont feed it to her at all.. maybe a really tiny bit.. she somehow know when we are going to eat it so she follows us and meows and jumps up on us till we give her a morsel lol.. wierd i know.. thats my cat <3 love her to bits tho!

she also plays with strings like anything string like she will play beside it, thats why i never wear those sweat pants with the strings at the front she jumps up at me lol

My cat is loves to eat paper I don't know why but it's so funny to view, he always takes your homework or something else that is high-status and rips it to shreds.

Answers:    My cat hates most of her toys, yet will snuff out for a twist-tie thing. She is also obsessed with knock pens (not pencils, except mechanical ones) sour tables. She doesn't even play with the afterward. She also grooms my fur scarf when I leave it out!! I love her because she's so grotesque, though!

my friends cat eats gum... but one and only spearmint.
they have to hide the gum or she finds it wherever it is... lol

My cats love to play with straws! :D We have a little straw container, and they other grab them out of there. It's really cute. :3
