How older do kittens enjoy to be to be newterd?

they are about 2 months old and still suckle. boys and girls.
6 months, my little man gets his done in 2 wks x
Most vets like to do it when they are 6 months old. I close to the idea of early spay/neuter. The benefits are greater if you enjoy it done before puberty which can set in in some females as hasty as 4 months old. Shelters usually do it when the males weigh 2 pounds and the females weigh 3 pounds. It's easier to adopt a kitten but so many family "forget" to bring them back for surgery so they do it before they leave for their strange homes.
It's best around 4 months of age. Neutering earlier will help prevent the development of doomed to failure behaviours such as spraying. They should be weened by now, so work on giving them hard food. The females should also be spayed around 4 months.
When they first go on heat. My smallest girl went on roast at 4 1/2 months which is early (the norm is 6 months or so) but this is common in Burmese. With girls, it's call "calling" as they mewl heaps, and their behaviour goes pretty nuts so you should spot it. At that point, you need to hang on to them indoors so that no toms can get to them (if they get out, they will mate and you'll see the results later!) and catch them to the vet asap. My vet here will "fix" kittens of 1kg upwards, which is pretty small but talk to your vet. Personally, I preferred getting my two done as soon as they started going on heat because then I didn't call for to worry about unwanted kittens. unwanted toms. I presume toms are much the same (ie. at 6 months)? I've solely had girls.
6 months is about the right age. It can begin earlier, if there is some principle for it, but otherwise it is best to wait until they are 6 months old.
I be told 5 to 51/2 months or when they weight 5 pounds. I am looking in to that as well. My boss is a vet, (was a vet). He told me like peas in a pod thing.

Do it before he goes surrounded by heat because they charge more if they are in warmness. Don't know why but they do.
6 months
Most recommends your cat to be spayed (females...previously they start their heat cycle) and neutered (males) between 4-6 months. Vets in animal shelters do it between 6-8 weeks hoary (called pediatric neuter) before adoption and it helps prevent overpopulation.

Answers:    the kittens should be approximately 6 mo old and own all their kitty shots before being spayed or neuter
All my cats have be done at 6 months old, not many vets will do it any younger, most discard in the UK. My vets insist that they are done on the 6 month birthday
Kittens as young as 8 weeks old and 2 pounds can be neutered/spayed. But they should be done by the time they are going on for 3-4 months old.

Kittens as young as 4 months old can and do breed and will acquire pregnant. If you have mixed, get them done now - otherwise you risk pregnancy.
They're never 'newterd', but neutered.
5 / 6 months of age for neutering of both sexes but you involve to see your vet soon about vaccinations for the kittens.
6 months
resourcefully my kitten was about 6 months and we got her neuter straight away so yeah 6 months
6 months
Kittens can be spayed/neutered as young as 12 weeks, though many vets perfer to continue until 6 months. I simply looked until I found a vet who would do mine younger so I never had to worry about spraying or the warmness cycle. If a vet tells you that 12 weeks is too young, go elsewhere. Almost adjectives animal shelters advocate the surgery that young which is why 2 of my cats were done that road. I feel like they had an even faster recouping being done so young than the cat who had surgery at 6 months. Good luck and soak up your babies!
