How can I plan a Funeral for a Cat?
I have no idea how to plan a pet funeral! Please help me I don't want to hold a casket because I had my cat cremated so how do I plan the funeral?
When my cat died this spring, I had her cremated. I lit a candle surrounded by front of her picture, took a few minutes to remember my baby girl, and spread her ashes in her favorite places in my courtyard.
call or get together family bough and friends that had speical moments with your dead friend hold some nice words and bury its toys with it . at least thats what I do then I plant them beneath the pines in my back yard , I enjoy a home made cross that my boyfriend made for me with the words ( where ever they may roam they are immediately at home in gods hand ) I also made a large stone that has dates and name on it . hope this will work 4 you and yours -ski- crasy as it sounds this just brougth back a flood of tears for me cus I have loved respectively and every one of my dead friends very much!! barny slice that wasnt nice!
Trashbag + Dumpster = Cat funeral
its called a mantel remember your dead buddy everytime you look at ur mantel or you could always buy a shovel and bury the urn.
Answers: I had a memorial service for my cat. I'm sorry for your loss, I know its hard to catch over :( But a little kitty funeral will give you some closure. First of all, I get together some of my close friends and family that would take it seriously. Anyone who thought it was funny be not invited. Anyways, I wrote a little poem about my cat and framed some pictures of him. We all sit down in the living room and put his ashes on a table with pictures of him, and then I read the poem I wrote roughly him. Those of us who wanted to told stories about him and our favorite memories with my kitty. I wrote them adjectives down so that I could make a Memorial Book for him. We talked and cried for about an hour, next we had a luncheon. I made some hor d' ouvres and a sandwich tray, coffee and tea. So we dried our tears and tried to move on and be happy. I put together a Memorial Book by making a page beside the story each person gave at the Funeral. I took the pics I have of him and put one on each page. I also wrote a little story on his life, where on earth he came from, how he became my pet, the ups and downs during his life, and the light of day we lost him. I put my poem in the book, and whenever I feel sad in the region of him I look at the pictures and read the poem.
