How long will it lug until my house is flea free?

I have 2 indoor cats. I found out they have fleas, so I treated them both with Advantage drops.

I wash everything they slept on or that was near it, all bedding ect.

I own vaccuumed over and over, baseboards and all.even threw away the vaccuum bag.

I enjoy sprayed the baseboards with flea killer

It has be 1 week so far and there are still fleas

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ALL THE EGGS TO HATCH SO THEY CAN JUMP ON MY CAT, BITE AND THEN DIE??

Anyone have any support to give me during this trying time?

P.S. We are ripping out adjectives the carpet in the house in a further week.

Answers:    You can't only spray the baseboards you have to spray all the flooring and rugs with an adulticide near IGR. The pupal stage can stay protected for up to 6 months, so continue the advantage monthly and spray every couple of weeks.

ADD: the eggs, larvae and pupae can be between floorboards, tile, etc, not only carpet.
