How to engineer the neighbor cat stay absent from your house?

My neighbor has 3-4 big cats(bigger than beijing dog) and the cats poos, pees on my garden, the smell is really bad. Can anyone have any solution that i can stay absent from those cat... I also scare of that cat, so at least keep them stay from my domestic is a better help for now... thanks contained by advance...

see if you can get someone to make it give the impression of being like another cat marked the territory at ur house. the cats wont bother u and individual they can smell other cat scent.

Have you tried talking to your neighbor? whether so and they are still leaving their cats to wander, then name the RSPCA and discuss situation with them. maybe you could catch them and drop them rotten to the humane society, explaining what is going on, but first you will need to discuss this with them.
alternatively there is a product you can receive from some vets or pet shops that deters cats & dogs from your garden, you could maybe use this and spray your garden to keep them absent.
